To maintain our high standards, effective January 1, 2015, all deposits for screen printing, embroidery, direct to garment, and custom artwork charges are non-refundable. All artwork will need final approval from our client before starting work. Our client is responsible to make sure all information and design elements are correct before sending back final approval.
